This year I spent Juneteenth weekend at the African American Museum working. This did not stop me from celebrating and doing a photoshoot with my favorite doll, Addy. The month of June was very busy. I did countless tours at the museum specifically because it was Juneteenth. It is always nice to see so many young people learning about an important part of American History. The Carver Museum in Austin, Tx is the only museum in the country that has an exhibit dedicated to Juneteenth year-round.
